At Title21 Health Solutions, we are committed to protecting your privacy and to developing technology that gives you the most powerful and secure online experience. You can travel through most of our site without giving us any information about yourself. Collecting your Personal Information

We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. Generally, this information is requested when you are registering for the online demo, joining a limited-access premium site, signing up for an event, or when purchasing and registering Title21 products. Personal information collected by Title21Health.com often is limited to e-mail address, language, country or location, but may include other information when needed to provide a service you requested.

For example: If you choose a service or transaction that requires payment, such as making a purchase, we will request personal information necessary for billing and/or shipping, such as: name, address, telephone number, and credit card number.

Title21Health.com may send out periodic e-mails informing you of technical service issues related to a product or service you requested. You will not be able to choose to unsubscribe to these mailings, as they are considered an essential part of the service you have chosen.

Title21Health.com strictly protects the security of your personal information and honors your choices for its intended use. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission, except under conditions explained above. Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access.

Use of Cookies

To ensure we are publishing content customers need and want, Title21Health.com collects site-visitation statistics using cookies. We only use this information in aggregated form and only use site-visitation statistics for improving our site.

When someone visits the site, a cookie may be placed on the customer’s machine (if the customer accepts cookies) or is read if the customer has visited the site previously.

Web beacons, also known as clear gif technology, or action tags, assist in delivering the cookie. This technology tells us how many visitors clicked on key elements (such as links or graphics) on a Title21Health.com web page. We do not use this technology to access your personally identifiable information on Title21Health.com; it is a tool we use to compile aggregated statistics about Title21Health.com website usage. We may share aggregated site statistics with partner companies but do not allow other companies to place clear gifs on our sites.

If you choose to not have your browser accept cookies from the Title21Health.com website, you will be able to view the text on the screens, however you will not experience a personalized visit nor may you be able to subscribe to the service offerings on the site.

The services that Title21 Health Solutions provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use (“TOU”). Title21 Software reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you. Description of Services

Through its network of web properties, Title21 Health Solutions provides you with access to a variety of resources, download areas, communication forums and product information (collectively “Services”). The Services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new web properties, are subject to the TOU.

Personal and Non-Commercial Use Limitation.

An end user will be unable to install any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement, unless he or she first agrees to the License Agreement terms.

The Software is made available for download solely for use by end users according to the License Agreement. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software not in accordance with the License Agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.

Member Account, Password and Security

If any of the Services requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You also will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Title21 Health Solutions immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Title21 Health Solutions will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Title21 Health Solutions or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else’s account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Title21 Health Solutions server, or the network(s) connected to any Title21 Software server, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of any Services. Title21 Health Solutions has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Title21 Health Solutions reserves the right to review materials posted to the Communication Services and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Title21 Health Solutions reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.

Title21 Health Solutions reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as Title21 Health Solutions deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Title21 Health Solutions’ sole discretion.

No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. Title21 Health Solutions is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and Title21 Health Solutions may remove any Submission at any time in its sole discretion.
